Meet our Founder & CEO,
Erica Zygelman
Leveraging 17 years of success leading customer-facing teams at Apple, Spotify, and high-growth startups, Erica Zygelman founded Gydewell to partner with organizations and empower their talent and teams to create breakthrough results and thriving cultures through human-centered leadership.
Throughout her nearly two-decade career in Big Tech companies and startups, Erica led multiple customer experience and sales teams to breakthrough levels of 9-figure results. She steered global teams of 50+ to scale revenue, foster collaborative and inclusive cultures, and build profitable relationships with customers and stakeholders. She led her teams through re-orgs and an IPO, with a strong track record of operational rigor, employee engagement, and loyalty.
In 2021, Erica pursued her passion for developing the next generation of leaders and launched Gydewell, an executive coaching and leadership development firm. Gydewell uses an integrative approach to empower leaders and teams with a blend of strategy and human-centered skills required to inspire, engage, and retain high-performing talent pipelines in dynamic organizations.
